5 movie trailer clichés that I hate!
- The disc-scratch, awkward silence and lame joke.
- The never ending fade outs to make the movie look epic and serious. Count them next time, you’ll see what I mean. It’s overdone!
- Watching the entire movie in 60 seconds (see the Cast Away trailer).
- “From the creators of…”. No they didn’t! Stop taking credit over someone else’s work.
- Narration. Ok, it’s dying, but it’s seriously annoying.

The Wind Turns for Pixar
As Cars 2 officially becomes Pixar’s first rotten movie on Rotten Tomatoes, and with news of Monsters Inc 2 and Toy Story 4 (recently confirmed by Tom Hanks), many critics are already prophesying the end of Pixar’s golden age. With less and less original stories on the horizon, it’s hard to imagine the company going for anything else than a cash grab.
